Terms and Conditions
By purchasing, booking, redeeming, or participating in a Redbox Gifts Experience or Gift Certificate or by accessing, browsing and using www.redboxgifts.com.sg (the "Website") you agree to be subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") as well as all other applicable laws.
Experience Certificates
Redbox Gifts Experience Certificates are issued and can be redeemed for the specific Experience named in the certificate. Experience Certificates are not issued to customers in specific amounts, rather they are redeemable for the specific Experience listed in the Experience Certificate.
What is a Gift Certificate
Redbox Gifts Gifts Certificates are issues for specific dollar amounts. Redbox Gifts Certificates can be redeemed for experiences only through Redbox Gifts. Redbox Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Expiration Dates for Experience Certificates
Redbox Gift Experience Certificates have expiration dates. You must schedule and do your experience before the expiration date. The expiration date can be found on the Experience Certificate. All Experience Certificates are considered purchased in Singapore and are subject to the law of Singapore.
Expiration Dates for Gift Certificates
Redbox Gifts Gift Certificates have an expiration date of twelve months from the date of purchase. The expiration date can be found on the Certificate from your original gift certificate. All Gift Certificates are considered purchased in Singapore and are subject to the laws of Singapore.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a gift you purchased, or have been given, you must do so within 14 days of your purchase. Please email us at Enquiries@RedboxGfits.com.sg and we will organize the exchange for you.
Should the purchaser or the recipient choose to exchange the Gift Certificate for a more expensive experience, he or she will simply need to pay the difference in cost. Should he or she exchange for a less expensive experience, the remainder will be held in balance in their account until the expiry date of the original Gift Certificate.
Christmas Exchange Policy
Redbox Gifts Experience Certificates purchased between 20 November and 30 December may be exchanged until 15 January of the following year.
Should they exchange for a more expensive experience, they will simply need to pay the difference in cost.
Availability
All Redbox Gift Experiences are subject to availability and shall be booked in advance in accordance with the requirements of the specific Experience Provider. In the event that Redbox Gifts no longer offers or otherwise terminates or withdraws a Redbox Gifts Experience, we will notify you and you shall be entitled to exchange for another Redbox Gift Experience or a refund to the value of the experience.
Experience Cancellations & Rescheduling
Once you have received a booking confirmation, any cancellation and/or rescheduling is subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policies for your specific Experience Provider. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook in accordance with the cancellation and rescheduling policy of the specific Experience Provider may result in the loss of the Experience.
Weather
Certain Experiences are weather dependent. Always contact the specific Experience Supplier with any questions regarding weather conditions. You should not assume that weather conditions will result in a cancellation of a booked Redbox Gift Experience, as failure to appear for an experience that has not actually been cancelled by the experience provider may result in the loss of your Experience.
Experience Provider Cancellations
Experience Providers may cancel booked Redbox Gifts Experiences at their discretion without notice for reasons including but not limited to weather, equipment problems, or any issue that will make it difficult or dangerous to do the experience. In such event, you shall be entitled to re-book Redbox Gift Experience in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of the specific Experience Provider. Redbox Gifts shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, expenses or liabilities you incur in connection with a cancelled Redbox Gifts.
Lost or Stolen Certificates
Redbox Gifts shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to any Redbox Gifts Experience Certificate or Gift Certificate. Redbox Gifts shall not be responsible for the loss of any Redbox Gifts Experience Certificate or Gift Certificate as a result of identity theft or fraud.
Accuracy of Experience Descriptions & Website Content
Redbox Gifts may delete or change the description, terms and conditions and the prices for any Redbox Gift Experience without prior notice. Redbox Gifts shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Website however, the Experience Provider shall be ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the description of the relevant Redbox Gifts Experiences.
No Liability for Experience Providers of Redbox Gfits Experiences
Redbox Gifts uses independent Expreience Providers (the "Experience Providers") to provide all of the Redbox Gifts Experiences. Redbox Gifts acts as an agent to sell the experiences of the Exerience Providers and all Exprience Providers are independent and unaffiliated to Redbox Gifts. Redbox Gifts is not responsible for any matters related to the Experience Providers actions of omissions. Redbox Gifts makes no warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied, regarding any Redbox Gifts Experiences Providers. By using Redbox Gifts website, you agree that all Redbox gifts experiences are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Experience Provider and the Experience Provider is soley responsibel for any matters or complaints relating to the Experience.
Restrictions on Use Of www.redboxgifts.com.sg
By accessing the Redbox Gifts Website, you agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Website in anyway whatsoever. In addition, you agree not to monitor or copy the pages of Redbox Gifts' Website without the prior written consent of Redbox Gifts. By accessing, using or browsing www.redboxgifts.com.sg, you agree that the information you provide to Redbox Gifts via the Website will not contain anything whatsoever intended to damage the website or export data from the website.
If you are under eighteen (18) years old you must obtain permission of your parents or legal guardians to use the Redbox gifts website.
Redbox Gifts my terminate yoru access to the Website at anytime for whatever reason without prior notice.

When you create an account with Redbox Gifts you will provide us with your name, telephone number and email address. This information will be used to manage your booking and send you information about Redbox Gifts, including, but not limited to, Redbox Gifts promotional material. Redbox Gifts will pass this information onto the supplier of the expereinces you book for the purpose of coordinating and fulfiling the experience you have booked.
Disclaimer of Liability
You use Redbox Gifts Website at your own risk. Redbox Gifts assume no liability or responsibility for any viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property as a result of you using the Website. Redbox Gifts assume no liability or responsibility for any interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission or any access line or system failure resulting from using the website.
Miscellaneous
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Redbox Gifts from all losses, expenses, liability, damages and costs, including legal fees and costs, resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or your access, use or browsing of this Website.
In the event that any of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal or unenforceable, such terms shall be null and void and shall be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions, and all the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
Redbox Gifts may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting such amended Terms and Conditions on www.redboxgifts.com.sg. Such amended Terms and Conditions will be effective as of the date it is posted to the Website.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power and authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions
Choice of Law and Forum Selection
All Redbox Gifts Experiences, Redbox Gifts Experience Certificates and Gift Certificates are considered purchased in Singapore and subject to the laws of Singapore.
By using www.redboxgifts.com.sg you agree that the laws of Singapore, shall govern the conditions of use and such use will be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions, arising under the purchase, redemption or participation in a Redbox Gifts Experience, or arising under using the Website shall be brought within six (6) months thereafter and only in the courts of Singapore.
