Lucky recipients may exchange any un-booked experiences for another experience within two weeks of purchase, or two weeks of Christmas if the Experience is given for Christmas.
Conditions of exchange:
Exchanges are only permitted for valid experience certificates that have not been redeemded, i.e. where an experience date has not yet been booked.
Experience Certificates may only be exchanged once without attracting a fee. All subsequent valid voucher exchanges will incur an administration fee of $10 per Certificate.
If you exchange your Experience Certificate for an experience of lesser value, any remaining balance will be held in credit on your Redbox Gift account and subject to the same expiry date as the original Experience Certificate. If you exchange your voucher for an experience of higher value, you will be required and prompted to pay the difference.
If you exchange your expererience for another experience, the experience will expire on the same day as the original experience.
Please send an email with your voucher number and user email to [email protected]. We will then credit your Redbox Gifts account under your user name and you may go the the website and select another experience. If it is of greater value you will be asked at check out to top up the balance using a credit card.
