1 Do I have to purchase a specific experience or can my recipient choose their own experience?

If you think you know what your lucky recipient would like, you can purchase the specific experience gift for them. However, if you are not sure which experience gift they would like, you can give one of our Gift Certificates and they can apply it towards any of our experiences.

2 Do I have to select a booking date at the time of purchase?

No. Your lucky recipient can book their experience at any time for a date most convenient to them.

3 Do Experience Certificates have Expiry Dates?

Yes, all Gift Certificates and Experience Certificates have expiry dates. The dates depend on the nature of the experience but are usually twelve months.

4 What is the Exchange Policy?

Worried they might not like it? Don't be. Recipients may exchange any un-booked experience within two weeks of purchase (or two weeks of Christmas if it is a Christmas gift). Once an experience has been booked or redeemded, you are covered by the Experience Suppliers exchange policy.

5 Can't I go directly to the supplier?

You can, but we take all of the hard work out of it for you. Our supplier operations team conducts careful research on prospective experience providers and before we allow a provider to offer an experience on our website they must meet our standards for excellence. And, we survey everyone after their experience to ensure our providers are delivering what they say they will. The moment we receive any negative feedback, the provider goes through our internal review process. You can relax knowing your recipient will get a truly incredible experience.

6 Will it be cheaper if I go directly to the Supplier?

No. You pay the same price through Redbox Gifts that you would pay if you went directly through to the supplier. We just take all of the hard work out of it for you by: 1. delivering it directly to you or your lucky gift recipient, and 2. ensuring you have the most amazing gift experience available.
