DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE OR CAN THE PERSON I'M GIVING A GIFT TO CHOOSE THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE?

If you think you know what your recipient would like, you can purchase that exact experience from us. If, however, you're not sure what would please them most, you can give them one of our Gift Certificates and let them use it towards an experience of their choice.

DO I HAVE TO SELECT A BOOKING DATE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE?

No. Your lucky recipient can book their experience at any time for a date most convenient to them.

ARE THERE EXPIRY DATES ON YOUR CERTIFICATES?

Yes, all Gift Certificates and Experience Certificates have expiry dates. The dates depend on the nature of the experience but are usually from 3 to 12 months.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Recipients may exchange any un-booked experience within two weeks of purchase (or two weeks of Christmas if it's a Christmas gift). Once an experience has been booked or redeemed, you're covered by the Experience Suppliers exchange policy.
